Change of managing director at DKS

At the turn of the year 2024/2025, there was a change in the management of DKS Dienstleistungsgesellschaft für Kommunikationsanlagen des Stadt- und Regionalverkehrs mbH (DKS GmbH) in Cologne.

Ralf Kochs, who had been the CFO of DKS GmbH for over twenty years, stepped down from his position on December 31, 2024 in order to pursue new professional challenges.

The Supervisory Board has appointed Yvonne Burger as his successor, who took up her position on January 1, 2025. With Yvonne Burger, we are relying on continuity and fresh impulses. She brings with her extensive experience from various sectors in the national and international business field. One focus is the commercial management of the company. Most recently, she was Group CFO in a medium-sized company in the metal construction industry.

Ms. Burger is looking forward to shaping the future of the company together with the Otto GmbH team and its business partners.
